Rather than wait, walk fifty meters to 朋友居酒屋 (No. 156) for skewers and draft beer. Going deeper, Nest居酒屋 de 三十八番 on Junwei Street, Bar Home in Lane 23 of Zhongshan Road, and BAR INFU tucked in Lane 84 of Zhongyi Road Section 2 all sit within a ten-minute fan of the tower — the better the bar here, the quieter the door. Stop Three: Massage Finish or Late-Night Exit
After a night on flagstones, 築樂養生館 (No. 171) and 箱根養生館 (No. 195) sit a few doors apart on Zhongyi Road Section 2, five minutes from the bars — a foot massage before the hotel is the old-school, correct ending. Still hungry? Continue south into the Bao’an Road late-night circuit, remembering Guohua Street stalls mostly close before 9 pm.
